Join a Six-Week Session

The Carbon Conversations program was developed by psychotherapist Rosemary Randall and engineer Andy Brown in the UK. We are pleased to apply this successful model to Toronto.

Join a session, take climate action.

Concerned about climate change but unsure of where to start? Our flagship six-week session program encourages you to explore the relationship between your life and climate change and helps you work with the complex emotions that make it difficult to act. 

 

We do this through two-hour facilitated group sessions over the course of six weeks. Each week, you explore a new way climate change relates to your life. Topics include:

Each session leaves you with increased clarity of the tools and resources available to take your own approach toward a less carbon-intensive life.

You don't have to do it alone.

Each six-week session is made up of eight participants and is led by two trained Climate Action Facilitators. These facilitators work with you to co-create a safe and judgement-free space for all participants. 

I am so lucky I found this group. I have felt a substantial change in my life that has altered my very being and drive. It took me out of a dark place and gave me agency that has been felt by everyone close to me, but most importantly my purpose in life.
